Join OFC for #BeCollective focused event - Our Happy City

Our Future City invites you to the second in a series of #BeCollective network events, which will focus on aspects of the arts, culture and creativity for children and young people in our city.

Join Our Future City and guests for an evening focused on how the arts, culture and creativity can help support children and young people's wellbeing.

Date: Thur 6 July

Time: 4.30pm – 6.30pm

Venue: The Basement, Kensington St, Brighton, BN1 4AJ

Tickets: Free but booking essential via our Eventbrite page

The evening will include a range of speakers from the arts, education and health sectors, all sharing their experiences of the importance and benefit of engaging in creative practice for wellbeing. Followed by a facilitated discussion with a chance to ask questions and to share ideas and insights.

This will also be an opportunity to learn more about Our Future City’s #BeWell programme that have worked with schools from the Brighton City Partnership and organisations across the city.

These focused events are designed to be informative and entertaining social events for anyone interested in arts, culture and creativity and how they can improve the lives of our young people and children. The events will share national and international best practice, showcase local case studies and provide a space for you to connect to other people and input into Our Future City.
