Vincent Dance Theatre offer free 'Virgin Territory' Workshops

Internationally acclaimed performance company Vincent Dance Theatre is running a FREE Creative Workshop for young people and adults from Wednesday 12 – Thursday 20 October 2016 at their studio in Brighton.

The workshops creatively investigate how everyday sexism, digital culture & over-sexualised media are affecting young people today. The workshops are designed to raise difficult questions about the ways young people see themselves in contemporary culture and offer hopeful ways forward, through a range of tasks, such as communal clay sculpture, dissecting magazines and newspapers, and discussion, as well as an online social awareness campaign #VDTEverydayAction. 

The 2-hour workshops will run on weekdays from Wednesday 12 - Thursday 20 October 2016 and can take place when your group would normally meet, between the hours of 9am – 9pm.
