Know a young musician looking for studio time?
Brighton & Hove Music & Arts are excited to announce a brand new FREE weekly drop-in music session in the East Brighton area for young people aged 13-19!
This unique opportunity gives young people the chance to experiment, learn and develop new skills in beat making, recording, singing, rap, production, lyric writing and mixing. All participants will be offered expert advice and guidance in fully equipped studios and recording rooms which provide everything needed to create high quality music worthy of any streaming service or radio station… We can cater for all styles and genres, from grime, rap, hip-hop & RnB to folk, rock, heavy metal and everything in between.
Sessions run from 6pm - 8pm every Tuesday (term time only) at Brighton MET College, East Campus, 109 Wilson Ave, Brighton BN2 5PB All levels and abilities are welcome and no previous music making experience is necessary. We cultivate an informal, relaxed and friendly environment for anyone so come along and have a go! Snacks & drinks will also be provided!

This activity is part of a programme funded by Youth Music and will be led by a partnership of local organisations including The Trust For Developing Communities youth work team, members of staff from SoundCity (Music Education Hub) and experienced musicians and tutors from Brighton’s MET College and AudioActive.
